    Unfortunately I had an issue with my car which I had brought as an approved used car from Ford a year and a half ago. I dropped my car off on the Thursday at 8am for diagnostic work as it developed an issue with the gearbox. I had not received an update of what was going on with my car by 4pm, I called up and was told my car had multiple issues and they would order parts for it. However as the parts wouldn’t arrive till Tuesday I couldn’t have a courtesy car until then, even though my car was under warranty. This then left me without a car from Thursday to Tuesday. They did tell me my car was drivable, I don’t understand how they can think my car was safe to drive when it needed most of the gearbox and the clutch replacing due to a gearbox fault. I was then told my car wouldn’t be able to be looked at till 2 weeks after I had dropped it off.     Poor overall experience. Damage to the vehicle whilst performing works and subsequent issues found post repair. Issues raised both before leaving garage and in subsequent conversations with no follow up despite promises to do so. Now will incur additional costs and inconvenience to rectify these issues with another garage. Long time customer but based on this experience will not be using this garage/dealership again.

    I have used Bristol Street Motors (Ford Shirley) for many years now, for car servicing and most recently this month for a random small problem which arose. Technical advice and work carried out is always excellent, as is the friendly and very professional communication by the service desk. Can’t be faulted!

    I received good feedback before bucking my vehicle regarding procedures and any extra cost that might be involved. My car was done at the time scale. And the customer services at the Garage in Solihull was up to the standards. Kindness and politeness was always displayed by the girls at the reception desk. A video with relevant information about my card was sent via email.

    Brought the car here for an MOT. Monisha and Mobeen were absolutely fantastic and so professional. They kept in touch during the MOT. They went above and beyond. I could not recommend more, they are both a credit to the team. Impeccable customer service.
