I highly recommend purchasing a car from Mazda Solihull. Dipak is a real asset to the team & made the whole purchasing experience run quickly & smoothly. His customer care service is 5 star!!! I especially enjoyed receiving a video of my car all prepped ready for collection & the information that was given. Excellent!!!

I purchased Mazda 2 , couple of months ago and it’s running as good as day one. I strongly recommend this dealership. I was guided by Lewis, an exceptionally, friendly and knowledgeable agent. His expertise and warm demeanour made the buying process a breeze. ‘ Highly recommended! ‘

I’d definitely recommend Johnsons Mazda Solihull to friends and family because Lewis is a credit to the company! The day I ordered the car we were there for an hour and half trying to find the perfect CX5 within my budget. He explained the new Toyota finance and helped me after the first car I had picked was sold by the time we got round to submitting the request (This was not Lewis fault but the other dealership). He managed to find me a better car and sorted a deal out to get it within budget. On collection day he sorted my V5 out and gave me a tour of my new car. Lewis provides amazing customer service and arranging a new vehicle with him doesn’t feel like a chore or that your being pressured into something. He takes the time to get to know you and your situation. Talking to Lewis is like talking to a mate not a sales person, which makes you feel comfortable and valued.

Outstanding service from Johnsons Mazda Solihull. I went in as I knew I would be looking for a new car this year, as well as a couple of other makes of car as I was still in research mode. Unlike the others, Fraser Terry in Johnsons did not give me the pushy hard sell, he gave me the information I needed, really knew about the vehicles I was interested in including the different variations on models. He gave me space to have a look around and get the feel and provided me with options. On booking a test drive, he then gave me additional options based on my needs. Once I agreed the sale, the process was smooth, simple, I was well informed throughout and if Fraser wasn’t available, the other members of the team knew who I was and was able to help me. The whole dealership is friendly and welcoming and I am so happy with my new Mazda! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Bought a CX30 over the weekend. The Sales Executive, Mr Dipak Champaneri, was very helpful and friendly. The whole purchasing process was smooth and Dipak talked me through all the details professionally. I’m very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. The car, though used, is immaculate. I highly recommend Dipak at Johnson’s Mazda Solihull!
