Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Annette had been after a well specced Giulietta for a while. Saw one here. Professional and knowledgeable on the phone, saw next morning, fair part exchange deal, job done. Paperwork completed, Tobin even made Annette a cup of Lapsang Souchong, served in a glass mug! Then drove back to Manchester in new car without a hitch. One can never be sure what will happen with a used car, but decent warranty and all well so far. Would definitely recommend, it’s easy to call yourselves ‘Specialists’, but these gents really know their onions. Thanks again.

Tobin, my contact at the dealership, proved to be refreshingly transparent about the car’s condition, which I greatly appreciated. When the car arrived, it met my expectations entirely, leaving no room for disappointment. Though a couple of maintenance issues surfaced in the subsequent weeks, Tobin promptly addressed them by extending a credit, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I’m a thoroughly content customer – kudos to Love Alfa for their exemplary service.

I have had a problem with the battery and Tobin didn’t hesitate to send me a new one to where I live as it was too far of a drive off the dealership. Very good customer service and they take great care of their clients. I would highly recommend to anyone willing to purchase any car from them, and I would also 100% buy another Alfa Romeo from the same place again without hesitation. Cheers to the team !

Purchasing experience was amazing, from the first phone call query to me arriving at Love Alfa premises with the car waiting for me. I couldn’t wish for better atmosphere. Andrew left me alone with the car for as long as I wanted, offered me to go on as many test drives as I want (worth mentioning I was 20 years old and he didn’t even go on the test drives with me) and wasn’t in a rush at all. They had two almost identical cars at the time, on initial phone call I booked an appointment to look at the car I ended up buying, however on arrival I asked to see both so I can compare them. No questions asked, it wasn’t a problem at all.

I purchased an excellent 2015 Giulietta Quadrifoglio from Andrew at LoveAlfa, the whole process from booking the test drive to keys in hand was as easy as it could get. Clean and organised garage, lovely selection of models, even just having a wander around is pleasant. I already can’t wait to be back here for my next upgrade, I have full trust in both the products and the service they provide. See you again soon!
