Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 The parking situation is appalling, the lounge area is below par and requires a refit. The service that I received was to the same standard, that is poor. Unfortunately, I did not believe a word that I was told by the service team as what they explained was lacking in credibility and didn’t really make sense. After parting with £1200, i decided that I could no longer deal with LSH Mercedes as i had no trust or confidence in the dealership . Due to my experience I sold my Mercedes and purchased a new BMW. As a premium car brand Mercedes Solihull really need improve in many areas in order to provide a service their customers rightfully expect.

Rating:1 Absolutely shocking customer service!! They’ve had my car for 4 days, been trying to call so many times no answers!! If you want to book your Mercedes please go elsewhere. These people here will take your car in and leave it parked up as my tracker shows. This is disgusting especially how well Audi have serviced my r8 today. They’ve been the one to call me straight sway. But here it’s been days with no updates at all !! I was meant to get my car back today but looking at the tracker I don’t think anything has been done. It’s an hour job they said!! Replacing the alternator pulley on my C63

Rating:5 Wow – great service. I’m very disappointed with the problems concerning the AdBlue system on my E220d but very impressed with LSH AUTO in their approach to resolving the problems. I’ve had three different faults with the system, the first two cost circa £2,000 the third (upstream NOX sensor) occurred a couple of days after getting the car back from the AdBlue tank being replaced. To their great credit LSH have covered the parts and labour cost of the sensor replacement. Jessica managed the first two problems she was highly professional – did what she said she would do, used discretion in pricing and arranged a loan car. Maz dealt with the third problem and maintained the high service standard I’ve experienced at LSH. Being aware of the history he used his own initiative to work with the branch manager on the pricing, presented options for the repair work and arranged a loan car. He has a great manner and provides updates as necessary.

I booked my car in for 2 repairs, at no point during the telephone conversion did they mention it was going to cost £150 per hour, per fault to investigate what needs to be done.
If you need to repair or serve your Mercedes use a local garage or other independent Mercedes specialist.
