0 You have already voted! Rating:5 In January I bought a car from Motorwold, I was dealing with Sammie. The process was very pain free, smooth and I felt I was really listened to. But the real fantastic proof of how great this company is, was the after care with which I recieved. Shortly after taking the car home the amber engine light came on, as soon as I spoke to Sammie she made me feel top priority despite her dealing with lots of other customers. The car had an initial investigation and diagnosis by Kevin, the in house mechanic, who is well worth getting to know! And then later, the repair was booked in and the problem rectified. The car came with a free months warranty so costs for parts and servicing were covered. During the process I got to know Sammie who was helpful and very professional, she kept in contact and kept me updated throughout. They helped turn something that could have been very stressful into a stress free process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A proper hard worker juggling several tasks without appearing stressed, and speaking to everyone in a polite and friendly manner. Sadly on this occasion the car wasn’t for us, but wanted to share our experience so others can feel reassured.
