From the minute I went into the showroom and was introduced to my assistant everything was comfortable, and straight forward. Every question was answered and wasn’t pushed for time.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I went into the showroom to have a look at the Polestar 2 on Wednesday. The young man who greeted me was Zak. He was extremely friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He was not only knowledgeable on the Polestar brand but also many other makes of cars. He is clearly a car enthusiast and the ideal person to speak with for an unbiased opinion of the brand. He was also able to email me over the link on how to book a test drive. Overall great experience from beginning to end and a well maintained showroom.

Met manager Ryan who at first was ok, but then stopped taking my call.
Then I was given over to another male salesman who was extremely OFF with me asking questions about my situation and trying to buy a car.
Not contacted them since.
Have contacted Head office several times but to no avail…
Still without a new second hand car…
I find it very odd how the balance of power, even when buying something, has gone from the customer being looked after by the staff, to the staff being selective of the buyer of their product.
