They have been servicing my B-Class (past and present) for years and it always goes in to them for its MOT as well. They never fail to give great, all-round customer service and they are very fairly priced. However, very recently they undertook quite a big repair and paintwork job for me and I am over the moon with the result. Such quality workmanship, it looks like a brand new car! Andy kept me posted at all times with what was happening and even secured a part for me much cheaper than I had expected to pay. Honestly, I would not consider taking my car anywhere else; the whole team are always very helpful and friendly. You cannot put a price on trust and peace of mind, and Prospect always over-deliver on both.

Had all genuine brake pads and discs incl sensors changed on my 2017 Mercedes Benz GLS, price was definitely better than dealer as expected. Work carried out just as good as the dealer if not better. Even washed my car with actual care not like the dealers in and out special. Lovely to see a “specialist” that actually is a specialist and care about what they do! Well done to you all and a massive thank you from me and my car! Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Within 20 minutes they found the problem and put it right. I also found them to be polite and professional. Thanks for looking after me.

They responded to all my questions about the car and looked after it until it could be collected. They honoured their agreement to rectify the snagging issues I identified once I had a chance to drive it. Totally trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.
