Paul Brown is a fantastic sales person; understood my vehicle requirements from colour to specification and recalled details of our very first meeting 3 years previous! Paul kept me updated of delivery expectations and shared lovely videos of my new vehicle ahead of collection which enhanced the whole experience. Ian Haughey was fantastic in meeting my financial expectations. Ian was patient in explaining the finance agreement to both myself and my daughter. Both made the experience of purchasing my new car a pleasant, enjoyable and exciting experience. I purchased my previous car because of Paul and Ian’s great customer service and personable styles, and would do so again if both continue to work for Sytner Mini. They are a credit to Sytner. Many problems in the buying process even sold the car we had paid deposit on to somebody else.
When we did collect the car handover was rushed and difficult to check the car as handover done inside .
When got home and could check the car in daylight found scuff marks on the interior and dirty areas , scratches on drivers sill and door trim, exterior scratches on paintwork and trim of boot .
We paid lot extra for paint and interior treatment ended up with a new but damaged car very poor preparation for brand new car.
Dealer does not seem interested once you have paid them.
The reply is incorrect they sold the car within the same dealer and admitted the error sold a stock car twice, the damage to the brand new car was totally unacceptable they generally just use excuses ignore you waiting for you to give up very bad customer service

That past 4 months with another car manufacturer really demoralised my whole thought process on buying a new car anywhere and Paul G’ along with his sales colleagues & finance team, Ian & Catherine, have made it an absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a breath of fresh air not to feel pressurised.

I walked in with my wife with the intention of buying a new mini to replace her existing car. The team were all busy (3 staff) so we just sat around waiting for somebody to acknowledge us.
After waiting for over half an hour without anybody coming over even to just tell us they were busy, we just got up and left.
I didn’t at all mind that the staff were busy however to not even be acknowledged by ANYBODY in the team is disgraceful service.
A lady who worked there even came into the showroom, dropped her laptop down and left without so much as a glimpse in our direction.
I felt a bit awkward walking out after sitting there like a numpty for 30 minutes. Please learn from this guys. Do not leave your customers sitting there like idiots even if you are busy.
Really disappointing and something to learn from.
