You get offered your valuation online but don’t expect that when they view your car in person because they give you not even half of the valuation. Even if you don’t have a spare key they knock of hundreds of pounds and find any little detail with the car to pay you less. After them seeing your car is in immaculate condition they try to find 1 negative (with a 15 year old car) to cover up everything else and use it to give your less then half of what there willing to give. Scammers. AVOID***

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Very happy from start to end with the whole process. Yes the price did drop of course due to general damage but I walked out with a very reasonable offer. Much better then doing it privately. The gentleman who dealt with me was Ilyas, a very big tall fella. I recommend everyone to get dealt with by him

Parking fine from Euro car park
Tried to contact West Bromwich office
Left message no reply
Beware of this if using this branch

EDIT: Your response is worrying as I was definitely offered £77 and yet you claim you do not offer lower than £95. I should think this will be investigated with the West Brom branch as there is now a separate issue of a breach of your policy and potential dishonesty to your customer!
The car buying group were also hassle free and quick and easy, and the price was SIGNIFICANTLY higher considering this was not a private sale.
