Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Car hire companies tend to have a bad rep, but on this occasion I had a really great experience with Alamo at Birmingham Airport. My flight was cancelled, so I called to let them know I wouldn’t be collecting the car until the following day. The staff I spoke to on the phone were really polite and understanding, said that was not a problem. I arrived early the next day, the staff member who I had spoken to on the phone was there and after saying I was here to pick up a car after my cancelled flight, she greeted me by name without having to look at the computer. Usual walk around (car had done decent miles so had a few bits of damage already), signed all the forms and off I went. The return was superfast and drama free, quick walk around, no issues and off I went. In comparison to how some other hire companies can be (almost getting out a magnifying glass to look for tiny marks) this all felt very relaxed and stress-free. Would definitely use again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Because BA delayed our flight, Drivalia cancelled our reservation without any notice. We ended up with 5 suitcases and a baby outside of Heathrow with no car!! So after trying so many car rental places without luck, we went to the Alamo office and they very kindly gave us a good deal When we took the car back to Birmingham airport one of the employees (James) offered to take us to the airport door with a great smile. Honestly 5 star service!!! We highly appreciate the experience with this company. Many thanks to this team of Alamo

The staff were friendly and professional the rates were very good. The staff Rohail, Rehan, Harman, Mo Ali were very helpful both over the phone and in person thank you guys.
