Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Lat weekend I hired a car (via an agent) from Alamo/Enterprise at Birmingham airport. The car was what I ordered and all was fine, but I write the review due to the excellent and friendly team who were very customer focused and a real credit to themselves and their employer. In particular Travis (on check in) and Umar (on return). This traveler used the company based on location and price, but would return to them for the positive customer experience.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I would give a zero if there was the option! By far the worst experience I have ever had with any hire company. I returned an AA courtesy car last wednesday at the Shirley branch who confirmed all was good and I was good to go. I hadnt recieved my refund for my deposit by friday so I called and asked why? Only to be told the vehicle has damage and I have to pay for it. However when left at the Shirley branch it was all fine. £609.21 was taken on my credit card and I wasnt even told about the damage until I made the calls. Can you imagine the shock!! I called so many times for an explanation and was told the car had been into a garage and all works were done one it. Well clearly they were all lying to me as I luckily had a video recording of the whole car which showed all the damage was pre-exisitg. Its a good job I had that and eventually after the whole weekend they were able to refund me the money, otherwise I would have been £609.21 out of pocket for something that I didnt do!! I ha...

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Terrible customer service. I returned a car with the correct fuel level, but was still charged a fortune for refuelling. That was bad, but the communication afterwards was worse. I was eventually refunded, but Enterprise did not tell me, and I’ve still not had any confirmation by email or phone. Poor, unprofessional service. Other car hire companies are available.

The guys, Rehan, Saam, Rohail, and Mo were the most competent and customer friendly employees I have ever seen at any car rental company. They were customer focused and assisted me in the best possible way. Funny guys at all time! Thank you for making my day! We need more people like you, so keep it up!
