Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Had a booking for West Brom branch (awful, wouldn’t waste my time) and they couldn’t facilitate my booking so I came to Spring Hill and they sorted everything. Gave me a bigger van, cancelled my other booking and no issues. Would recommend

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Really poor experience attempting to hire a vehicle from this branch. Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful staff left me on hold for over half an hour. I went into branch and explained I was experiencing vehicle issues and required an emergency vehicle asap. As I did not have a credit card available I was unable to hire a vehicle, after waiting a further 20 minutes due to them being significantly short staffed, and despite explaining I was a small business owner processing payment from my business bank account. I would advise to avoid using this company as they do not assist emergency vehicle hire as they advise.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Have used this branch for nearly 10 years. Good location coupled with the BEST staff l have seen in any Enterprise branch. I have dealt with many staff here, and Scott was the manager here around 2017, and he was good. Additionally, the staff now are straightforward and easy to do business with, such as Hamza and Izzy. I would recommend this branch of Enterprise car hire to all. Keep up the good work guys, and God bless you .

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Got a hire care in line with my insurance claim, should’ve been no charges on my end. When I returned the car was told everything is fine and there are no charges, next day got a charge on my card for £50. I been chasing these guys back and fourth about this charge and despite being told that it would be rectified by the manager and various other staff members (was told that I would get a call back on it), it was never solved. One month later, I still follow up with weekly calls and am still being told that they will solve the issue and nothing. Besides Izzy and the guys outside who provided the onboarding, everyone else basically just lied to me. Wouldn’t ever use them again just due to the false promises and unwarranted charges. Use a different location if you can!

Local Springfield office on City Road Birmingham is terrible to deal with starting with all the staff and management.. I only hire from this company as my employer has contract with them but all my family and friends do not use these guys as I have discovered how lazy and untrust worthy they are.. Stay away from them– I have given them 1 Star as system wont allow me to post my comments without clicking on some stars.. These guys are so bad and lazy. Terrible company to deal with..
