0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The hiring of the van itself was great, van was clean and no issues. The people must be only paid commission as they try to con you for more money constantly. Told to bring the van back with fuel because they can fill it cheaper then charged someone else £1.80 a litre glad I dodged that. Was also told it wasn’t insured because they messed up paperwork and to come in and pay an extra £180, when I told them I’m not driving it if it’s not insured they changed their mind and said it was insured all of a sudden

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! untrained with a very straightforward problem. I was charged even if I DID NOT GET the car from them. I called their branch over a month ago for this issue and asked for refund. Was told to wait for 2 weeks, no refund. Called again later, one staff said they will send me an email within 24hrs; waited for a day for it but none! Called them back the second day for the same concern, no one was answering, as soon as they picked up had to explain the issue all over again. POOR record keeping and inefficient service! the staff even put their phone down on me!! How unprofessional are you ! dont you know customer service at all???? Disgusting !

Everyone in the office was very helpful and respectful. Big shoutout to the asian chap Raj I believe his name is (if his name is incorrect let me know I will update) for looking after me, will come again.
