Rating:5 I can’t fault Enterprise Sheldon, hired a car for 7 days, went and collected and was given a better car than I had initially requested. I called up on the 7th day and explained I needed it for longer, was sorted within minutes.

Rating:1 I am extremely disappointed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for deducting a day’s rent without prior notice when the van was returned late. I was only informed when I contacted them. As a loyal customer for over five years and with more than 300 rental days, this treatment is unacceptable. There have been numerous instances where we were made to wait up to six hours without any form of compensation. A company that fails to value its long-term customers does not deserve positive feedback.

Rating:5 Had an amazing interaction with this place! I was given a hire car by my insurance after someone bumped into me, while my car was being repaired, this place helped me get back on the road! The staff I dealt with Sully and Basit were absolutely amazing! I had regular contact and they managed to sort things out for me very quickly and very easily. Thanks to these guys. I had a very smooth transaction. Thanks Sully and Basit your service was amazing!!!

Rating:1 A third-party insurance arranged a car rental for me at this location, specifying a preference for an SUV, ideally electric. I received a call from this branch before the booking, inquiring about when I’d collect the car. I informed them I’d do so after my car was picked up for repairs.

I would highly recommend this branch. I meet his manager what a lovely Young Lady.
I also meet the regional Manager a very nice man. If ever you need a hire in Sheldon or surrounding area give this branch a try . All the staff were great

I took it back 2 days earlier without calling, I just turned up and asked to return the vehicle as I was picking mine up and was all sorted. Deposit back within 24 hours of me leaving the office, a positive experience.

On the collection day, shortly after my car was taken for repairs, the branch informed me that the car wasn’t available and I’d need to get it the next day!! To my surprise, the car booked was manual, an oversight by the insurance. When I contacted the insurance to correct this, Enterprise claimed they hadn’t been updated the next day. Only after another call with the insurance company, where they called Enterprise with me on the line, was I told to pick up the car the following day.
When I called to arrange a pickup, they gave me a window from 11am-5pm for them to get me. However, if I wanted the car, I was given a strict timeframe, or I’d risk losing the rental!!!...
