Jordan and Munif were fantastic in ensuring a smooth experience. Their professionalism and dedication deserve commendation. It all went very smoothly, the car was an MG HS much bigger than my Corsa but lovely to drive. The car was very clean and in excellent condition. Communication was also very good. Great all round.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Absolutely appalling service. We’ve had a courtesy car from this branch, and I strongly suggest to others don’t bother! We was told to pick up and collect the car and once there was informed they needed a payment of £70 – this wasn’t explained clearly what exactly this was for but we paid it. Then we’ve had a random payment of £50 taken from account without no notification or any communication. When trying to ring they don’t answer. Absolutely appalling service from a well known company. Everything just seems like such a chore to them. We’ve rang head office who told us they can’t do a thing as the branch is closed. We’ve had to empty bank of funds at the moment to ensure they take nothing else!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Efficient online booking process. The staff were quick and efficient during the vehicle collection. Happy to add a second driver to the van insurance (£15.00). Van floor could have been a little cleaner, a previous hirer must have used it for gardening materials. We put a plastic sheet down to stop our furniture getting dirty. Reasonably priced, even though the various add ons soon mount up. One day it’ll be as simple as selecting the vehicle and here is the price without having to gamble on the other options. Likely to use again as they have a professional nationwide service and we could drop off at a different branch.
