I had the most traumatic crash in my life having to be cut out of a car after being hit by a transit van, being rushed to hospital with suspected internal injuries. Enterprise Wednesbury took £500 out of my account without any authorisation as I am dealing with their loss adjusters and their claims team. My bills come out on the first of each month and Enterprise Wednesbury’s manager took £500 out of my account on the last working day of the month. I have requested it be refunded and was told it would go back in by the end of the day and it still hasn’t been refunded. I am going to get multiple direct debit charges and if the money isn’t returned then I will be taking action through the bank as the amount was taken fraudulently. I can only assume for targets and commission as I was informed because it is a none fault claim the claims team would recover all amounts from the third party. 0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Quite possibly the best Enterprise branch in the West Midlands. The staff service and all round experience has been outstanding. Considering I was losing the will to live with other branches of Enterprise faith has definitely been restored. I literally can not fault any area of my contact with Enterprise Wednesbury very well done
