Rating:1 Been hiring from this branch for a number of years due to the convenience of the branch being a stone throw away from my business address however I’ve experienced an issue literally each and every time. I have documented each time there has been an issue with a hire from this branch however I am palmed off with apologies. Free quarter tank of fuel, discounts however there vehicles are not deemed safe. There vehicles are not inspected thoroughly prior to handing over to a customer, warning lights always on the vehicles, seat belt chimes when you’ve even got your belt on, brakes scraping against discs, vans not clean, they smell of cigarettes, vans don’t arrive on time, wrong size vans are provided when paying for certain ones, the turnover of staff is absolutely ridiculous, the list goes on, they really need to be ashamed and embarrassed of what they put there customers through. The number of customers I also see complaining about the service each time I go and collect or drop off...

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Enterprise West Bromwich was instructed by aviva insurance to provide me with a car due to the fact that my car was off the road due to an accident. After 13 days and lie after lie they provided a car. A further 13 days pasted and they contacted me. They told me to drive the car to West Bromwich so they can exchange for another car due to the fact that the car that thay gave me needs to go in for mot soon. I was shocked to find out that the mot had expired before the car was handed to me!! The mot further showed that the car was a danger on the road. They then gave me another car which had no front brakes as the brake pads were hitting metal. This car had a bonus! cigarettes smoke embedded in to the seats, this transferred to my clothes. I’m am lucky that the police had not spotted me and even more lucky I was not involved in an accident.

But I got a car for my birthday weekend.
The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, communication was fab and it was so easy to extend the hired car by an extra few days.

To rub salt on the wound the offered to transfer £25 No amount of compensation can be put on life. Avoid stress keep away from them!!
