Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Absolutely disgusting service! 45 minutes in the q to find my car has been allocated to someone else and that I have the choice to pay an additional £114 for my hire or cancel for free. What sort of circus you running. Why take a booking if you don’t have the inventory to accommodate the customer. Instead then ripping them off by forcing a different car. Never using you again!

Rating:5 The employee Sohil was the person who served us and was very polite, conversational and even upgraded our vehicle to another vehicle we have discussed having as our dream family car which was priced for the same rate that date. He explained all the legalities in detail and made sure we had all the right cover. He is definitely the employee to speak with if you’re looking for a good experience. Just because of him alone I would recommend this branch.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great staff. I needed a car that was low to the ground to easily get my son in and out of the car, as he uses a wheelchair. Lifting him myself, I need to have a car with low seats otherwise it’s impossible. The staff very so helpful and understanding and helped me check out several options before settling on the best fit. I’d highly recommend them!

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Birmingham International Airport….Pickup booth is NOT in the Arrivals Hall. It was moved some time ago to car park 4 which is a longish minute walk with suitcases. The staff at pick up and return were absolutely excellent as was the car itself. Europcar NEED TO CORRECT THE LOCATION INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE & CONFIRMATION DOCS.

The booking process was seamless, and the staff at the rental counter were friendly and efficient specially Sanjit Singh helped to make the booking process easier. The car I rented was in excellent condition and very clean. Throughout my rental period, the vehicle performed flawlessly, and I felt safe on the road. Returning the car was a breeze, and the staff was equally helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this rental car company for their outstanding service and well-maintained vehicles. I will definitely use them again in the future.
