Rating:5 First time hiring a supercar for my big day, Although the vehicle I wanted wasnt available at the time Ive received a better alternative! with no extra charge although it was much higher price cost difference. Security deposit was negotiable they have been fairly reasonable with me. Despite all negative feedback I can assure you this is my honest experience, they have looked after me. P.S I am a complete customer not a family or relative of the business that give false feedback.

The entire team provided absolutely great service, and they were all extremely friendly and helpful. You all contributed to my son having a fantastic prom. I’m very thankful. The car was gorgeous! It arrived in plenty of time! At all times, our driver was splendid, polite, patient, and kind. 5⭐️

Pros: They offer to deliver and collect the car from you. Car was delivered and collected on time.
Cons: The car was delivered with a massive crack on the front windscreen. They gave no prior warning of this and acted as if it wasn’t even an issue. The car itself on the inside wasn’t even cleaned properly.
After I emailed my complaint communication from the company was extremely poor. I phoned and emailed several times just to get my deposit back, which normally gets returned for all customers within 1 week, however mine was returned after 2 months.
Their offer of a compensation was £200 off my next order with them, which frankly was a slap on the face. I declined this offer and said they should offer better compensation, which they agreed over the phone that something would be sorted out. But after 5 months they have still not offered anything else. Agai...
