A threatening exerience at the SixT Birmingham City Center outlet. An employee literally pushed (physically) us out of the store and then tried to get physical with us. For reference I am attaching the video clip as well.

Friendly fast service. I’ve used sixt a few times now at various airports and found consistent quality customer service. A free car upgrade was a bonus on this rental. Good price too in comparison to other rental companies.

Very positive and welcoming staff. One of the best branches in UK with their large capacity and fleet. Mohammed was too kind to offer an upgrade for which Abs and Faz assisted him find the best fit for me. Overall all 3 people were very nice and fun to chat with.
