I must say reading the reviews I wasn’t sure at first but hand on heart I am really pleased with the job they have done. Although I initially received a bill shock I soon discovered they are absolutely worth every penny—no botch jobs here, just top-quality work. A special shout-out to their customer service advisor, Hamza, who truly went above and beyond. Understanding my urgent need, catered a plan of repair and he ensured my car was delivered to my home just in time for me to pick up my parents from the airport. This level of dedication and professionalism is rare to find. Highly recommended!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Avoid this place! Took my car in for an mot last week. I was told I needed £1400 worth of work done before my car would pass its MOT. I was absolutely distraught! After speaking with a few people I was told to go and get a second opinion. After getting a second opinion, the new mechanic told me that it was completely wrong! Yes my car needed some work but not half of much as what was I was told by Motorserv! Think this place is an absolute con, they lure you in with the £15 MOT and then try and sting you with a load of unnecessary work!!! Will never ever be taking my car back to this garage again!

Firstly they were very overpriced tried to charge me 10k for repairs and I managed to get everything done for less than half that price. Then they forgot to update the service on my car. I went back after scheduling in a time with them and they sent me away because they were too busy. I was also told that day they would fix my under-tray free of charge. I went back the week after on the agreed date and they told me they have no recollection of this. Manager was rude and didn’t even acknowledge me just told his staff it can’t be done.

I was told that this would be able to be sorted however once the mechanic had viewed I was told I would then have to go elsewhere due to it being electrical. The mechanic found other faults with my vehicle which I then called up the garage to ask what he would advise best to sort first and was told to “ask a family member”. I found the reply to be unprofessional and I do not have anyone to ask hence why I asked the specialist. When I received my car the glove box compartment was not put back together with wires showing and also the car seat on the left hand side was also showing wires where it had not been rearranged. My drivers seat was soaking wet. I could have gone elsewhere and had it sorted however I’m now having to pay extra money to go elsewhere for someone else to finish the job.

Never again shall I trust MotorSev UK again with another vehicle ever. This my first and last visit. It was a complete con and a waste of £1,000. The car was returned with more problems than it had before it was intrusted to MotorServe UK not to mention dirty. I wish I read some reviews before taking my vehicle to these unprofessional con artists. Reading other reviews, I’m not the first or the last to be ripped off by MortServe UK. The vehicle which is to be used as a pool car for a children’s care home was to get a complete service and fluids change along with the air conditioning repair as it was not working.
