MOTs and services are done without generating “extra work” and in fact I have had the opposite experience where my vehicle has advised something via be done at the service interval and the garage have informed me that it was unnecessary.
Staff are always polite and friendly, willing to discuss issues or concerns, and offer advice.
It is no surprise that they’re always busy!
