Rating:1 If I could give a zero rating I would… The worst service ever… NEVER use your card to pay they charge it twice, then have the audacity to mock you when you ask back for the over charge… He was also very aggressive and balled up his fist and gritting his teeth…I thought he’d hit me at one point…all because I showed him his mistake and asked to be reimbursed…when i said im calling the police as i felt threatend…he then went back to mocking….l definitely would NOT recommend…plus the normal price for a car wash doubled when they saw a woman alone … disgusting behaviour.

In short they don’t do a good job and argue back when you tell them to clean what they should have in the fist place.
Definitely a case of gender discrimination as I am a female and they thought that they could get away with doing nothing and charging full.
I had a mini valet done but it looks the same. When I said that parts are still dirty outside and should have been cleaned with a jet wash they guy said “the paint might come off if we use a jet wash”
My cars were 2012 and 2021, there were no chips or dents so it’s stupid that the guy argued with me saying paint will come off.
Don’t waste your time here, there are plenty of hand car wash places that respect you better.

They tried to blame it on me but when I left the car with them it was in perfect working order. I had to get the car towed to a garage. It turns out that instead of drying the car out with the correct equipment after valeting it, they decided to cut corners and save themselves money by turning the heating on in my car full blast for over 6 hours, thus killing off my battery.
When the battery died, they towed the car to the corner of the garage to wait till I came to blame it on me. I ended up having to replace the battery at a cost of over £200 which they refused to pay.
They are very rude and dismissive, and their only concern is for making as much money out of you as they can by cutting corners. No decent car valeting company would use your car heaters on full blast for over 6 hours to try to dry out the i...
