0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Avoid avoid avoid at all cost. Rude disrespectful people who should not be running a business. I stopped using this place a year ago as I noticed that their cleaning wasn’t the best and they did not use any cleaning products. I thought to give them another try, but my was I wrong. The soap and sponge wash lacked soap and foam, Then came the windows and I asked one guy why they don’t use cleaning products, he said these are magic clothes, followed by some jargon, the guy that was doing the windows sat in the front looked dead at me imitated spraying the window and wiped the windscreen with his wet cloth. As they were finishing up I walked around to inspect the car, and the window guy with an attitude asks me “what”?. So I showed him what I spotted, he said is that it, then asked rudely what else, so I went round pointing them out and he was counting out loud as if he was annoyed that I pointed it out to him. I paid £6 for large SUV ? cheap and cheerful to get the worst off ? And finish polishing at home. Wouldn’t expect 100% for what they charge ? Valet & Detailing is a total different service ?

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Extremely rude. I’ve used this car wash for a number of years but my last experience with them was awful. The guy told me to go elsewhere because he didn’t clean my car adequately (apparently it was too dirty-well duh, why else would I bring it to a car wash?!) and I called him up on it. Just because you’re busy, it doesn’t mean the quality of the job suffers. This one particular manager seriously needs some coaching in customer service. But most definitely, as he mentioned, there are plenty of other car washes that provide better customer service. Won’t be coming here again.
