0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I usually come here for a full vac, today paid £30 for a gold service and they didn’t bother cleaning the car properly at all. Back seats and boot were barely hoovered and I had to come home and do them myself as there was still some mess in the backseats and boot hadn’t even been touched. Absolutely horrible service and definitely not worth the price. Won’t be coming here again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Me again. There is plenty to argue about. There was no price agreed prior to the cleaning of my vehicle. I assumed it would be £30 as ‘advertised’ for a gold clean for a van. Your staff got halfway through the cleaning process before telling me it will cost £40 in cash and demanded I paid that there and then before the service was complete.

They told me my mercedes B-class is a large car after they jet washed the exterior of my car and charged me the price for a large car. I have used their services for about three times and what they charged my B class before was for medium car.

Please don’t insult my intelligence you idiot ? i think I know where I got RIPPED OFF ? How do I review the wrong place ? You can see from the photo I was on the car park at the rear of the hotel ? But nice try ?
Was in the area so thought give them a go ? £15 for a car wash and dry that leaves more marks than was there before ? Absolute Rip off for what you get ? The car in front looked like it had the same as no vacuum or windows cleaned, there tyres was blacked but they left mine ?
£15 for what they class as a large car ? Hyundai don’t make a big car ?
Absolutely worst car wash I think I have used ? Don’t understand the good reviews ? Service was absolutely awful.
I’m thinking another cash only tax avoidance business.
Would be zero rating if possible ? Will avoid this Rip Off place in the future ? Maybe that’s why it was not busy ?

This is not terrible feedback it is 100% honest feedback, also this is not a fake review, I purposely made a google account earlier today to warn people away from your business. I recommend in the future you grow and learn from your negative feedback. Not talk nonsense and come up with excuses. Have a good day

I asked the staff why my B class would suddenly become a large car and he told me this is what it is. I felt like this is pure cheating.
Also they did not clean the interior of the car thoroughly with some visible dirt.
Overall, it’s a very bad and frustrating experience and I will definitely look for another place to wash my car.
