0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Be careful when using this car wash. My memory card for the car navigation went missing after using this car wash. I had to pay money for the replacement. Police have also issued a warning about leaving your keys with car washes around the Smethwick and West Brom Area. Read Neighbourhood Alerts issued by the police in this area.

Left the car for 2 hours no contact details taken to have to wait another 40 minutes for them to hover with the pleasure of an extra charge they hadn’t told us about when we asked about pricing saying well you didn’t tell us about dog hair will not use these again total of £40 for exterior wash and interior hoover and polish and didn’t even give us a air freshener poor customer service all round

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 I had a decent valet inside & out. When I came to pick up my car, I had to get the manager to re-clean around with a cloth, a few missed bits etc, but this was done & he went all the way round.

The only thing is, that I didn’t really get much of a service – I was initially going to go for the Platinum wash & then changed my mind to the Gold, as the manager wasn’t really able to explain what they do on Platinum, yet price of Gold for my car is £18 & Platinum £40. The manager just said, which obviously he has an Ego & I am fully aware that he has no say regarding prices as he doesn’t own the company ‘Waves’, he stated that it is a good wash & yes it stands out as he wouldn’t put the price up if he didn’t think so. Aha!!!
