0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Well I’ve been playing here as casino 36 for a long time I had free drinks anyway I’ve been paying for my drinks since it was took over by genting. Tonight I spent £700 and thought you know what I’m going to ask for a drink so I asked for the manager and actually had a worker came over and say no genting said no in such a rude attitude. So afyer 7 years of playing at this place it was my go to every weekend, I’m done. I’m going yo where I’m allways welcomed walsall! Good luck your going g to need it I hive it 1 year before tour closed down.

Food was good and served quickly, staff made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Roof top terrace was great, cold night heated by two log burners, champagne bar offering two for one

Also the food we had served was not as the pictures on the menu please see below the first 2 pictures advertise the cheese and tomato pizza ( margarita pizza) the 3 rd picture is what we got …….. very poor.
We had no service for 40 minutes nobody came over for drinks. We had to keep walking to the bar.
Also no air conditioning in the main gaming room extremely hot

As we were newbies we also had the welcome pack with free bets and a drink, also enjoyed with a few winners amongst the group, made a good night great
