0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I bought a boxed 40 inch roku tv got it home and plugged it in and there was a green screen . I had the the tv less than 60 mins . Took it straight back and they blamed me for breaking the tv .they would not replace it or give me a refund .did not even offer to get it fixed .all they said get in touch with our redditch store. Do not buy an tvs from this store . They do not want to accept any blame for selling broken goods .the lack of customer service is a joke

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Bought PS4 Pro from them and they given me faulty controller with it I returned next day the controller because 2 botton was not functioning and they given me another one which was faulty and damaged as well.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Absolutely garbage. Asked about laptop info, received some info. Then followed up with 2 requests which were not replied to. No doubt they’ll make up an excuse for IGNORING my 2 emails asking for more specific laptop info hoping I’ll buy it blind. I even gave them the instructions to get the info. If they ignore that then I guess they’ll ignore any post sales requests too hence the one star for this branch. And I don’t need your excuses, you blatantly couldn’t be bothered to help me.

Went into the shop with a price range and an idea of what I wanted, I was greeted by Shaun who couldn’t have been more helpful in meeting my needs and i walked away with the perfect product.
10/10 for Shaun’s customer service!!!!

When i came back they said it is you who broke this and we can not return it even i haven’t played the playstation yet.
The staff are so rude specially the guy in front, he has no manners how to talk to customers.
I suggest everyone please try another shop in Birmingham and if you really wanna buy something from them please make sure you use for at least an hour inside the shop and play it to make sure everything is working properly.
They are not trustworthy so please don’t trust them and buy anything without 100% confirmation and anything you buy please take a clear picture of that inside there shop before leaving it.
I would never use Cash Generator anymore ever in my life this was my last time.
