0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Bought a Nintendo Switch for someone yesterday, cost m £200- they didn’t want the specific model as it was a crummy Fortnite model and they don’t like Fortnite. Went back today to get a refund, included all the components and even the receipt, got told they would only pay upto £130 even though it was unused. Later realised one of the joy-cons was very loose and scratched along the edge. Terrible customer service, and a rip-off for damaged goods to boot. Won’t be using this store again.

Staff member West who served me knew his stuff about instruments and gear and gave me good prices for my old stuff. More than I expected. Very polite gentleman. Top bloke.

Rating:5 Bought a ps4 slim had a few minor issues with it that they couldnt encounter when checking it unfortunately, however staf members west and Leoni were really helpfull and offered me a exchange or a upgrade to ps4 pro and and i took the deal. Also looked after me with the price. One happy customer

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Not usually one to post bad reviews but when you are told to “shut your mouth and get out” by an imbecilic staff member it calls for it. Simply wanted to exchange a fault laptop I was sold and the strangely angry staff member became extremely aggressive and confrontational over appearing to believe we’d called him a liar (we didn’t). There are better places available with staff who are actually interested in helping you in Wolverhampton – avoid like the plague.
