0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I went for lost sim and they sold me new contract and did PAC code without my consent to get a good deal. They also added phone insurance without my consent and they had no stock of phone that I wanted and send me to collect different store. I had to call customer service for two days to cancel the insurance.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Never go to the store in the Swan Shopping Centre. Only interested in you if your looking to purchase a product. If you have a problem they don’t want to know and just tell you to phone customer service. Twice that has happened to me.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I met Ahmed at the Acocks Green store, although I know he was over covering from Yardley so thought it best to leave the review here. Fantastic service, personable and knowledgeable. Both Ahmed and his colleague went out of their way to help me solve my bizarre SIM/phone issue and even gave me a sweet deal on BT broadband while we were at it. A++++ as per usual from EE.

I signed for my other contract phone in this store and am just about to begin my board band with BT… which was suggested to me by a another sales person at this shop a few days earlier who was very nice.
The young sales person who served me on this occasion was also lovely….
BUT this manager’s actions has really upset me on a day that I was already feeling down.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE.
