Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 My husband got his phone from here and had great customer service so I decided to try it out. I was served by someone else who really didn’t listen to what I wanted and tried to railroad me into a deal where I had to cash in my old phone when I didn’t want to. I came away with a contract for 3, with no choice as to colour of handset and no details about Europe costs. On reflection I should have walked away. When I sent an email to ask some questions and express disappointment at things not being well explained, i got no reply. I won’t be going back and nor will my husband.

Rating:5 Fantastic little shop that offers a multitude of available contracts and phones… The staff here spent the time to show me lots of different contracts from all the well known named company’s…. Voda, three, ect.. they did a cost comparison to find the biggest saving across a range of offers.

I settled on the new iPhone pro max on contact from Vodafone.
These guys really looked after me, although they had the natural one in stock, to walk out with …. I wanted the new phone in titanium blue so they ordered the phone on Saturday and it arrived on time by 9.30 today (Tuesday).
The phone was setup by Shaun as the first bloke I was dealing with was not in today… Shaun looked after me very well completing the deal that was agreed in a very short time.
These guys are very good at their jobs and between them I was very well taken care of… They have done a brilliant job throughout and I’m very pleased.
