    Went in to the store yesterday after my brand new phone (bought on line through o2) was showing moisture and refusing to charge. The Manager was extremely helpful and sorted it out for me. Far better than the service you get from o2 on line.

    I write to let you know how much we appreciate the help that Ashley (Johnson?)gave us and how much we appreciate his skill.
    He separated our 2 mobile phones from the same account – a technically difficult task as it turned out. he had to deal simultaneously with the limitations of managing his customer services contact over the phone, manage ing the computer and dealing with our anxieties in the store (16/02/24). He showed tenacity in sticking at solving a knotty problem. he never lost his composure while negotiating the end result with all parties.
    We hope that you will let Ashley know of our gratitude. Regards

    Visited the store not too long ago, excellent service from Manaseh. Such a bubbly and cheerful young lady. Was very impressed at her dedication to help me. Her fellow colleague Hamzah was very friendly and helpful too. Would recommend both of them for their great service. Wishing them the best in the future.

    I always go to this store because Georgia makes everything so easy for is & always tells us the offers they have on. Today we bought the i phone 15 & with her recommendation the apple watch too! Georgia always goes the extra mile with her service & nothing is too much trouble

    Bad experience of poor professionalism and awareness from the staff at this store today. So my girlfriend went to this store earlier today on 3 separate occasions as we had received an email saying that her phone would be available for collection from 10AM. She first went in at 12ish, then 2.30ish and then the third time at 4.20pm. On all occasions we was told that the phone would be there for the following time. To then be told that the phone wouldn’t be arriving as the delivery driver was off today and we had wasted a whole day waiting around. It’s just pure laziness from the team in the store and a lack of respect for someone’s time. It would of been professional for them to at least say that they couldn’t confirm.
