Visited to enquire about my father upgrading his phone and staff were more concerned about sticking football stickers into an album to actually be helpful, sold him a phone without an upgrade, telling us to contact the call centre instead and when asked about transferring data made an excuse about WiFi and said it would be quicker to do at home, before commenting that I should be the one to do it myself. Not the first time I’ve visited recently and received service like this, staff seem to be happy to stand around and do nothing except give unhelpful comments and tell you to try online. Not impressed at all, this store used to be much better than this!

Rating:5 Absolutely amazing after care service, been disabled find it very difficult with technology, My son checked my O2 account and they didn’t add the virgin Media bolt double Data on to my upgrade, so I spoke to Tom and explained my situation, well mannered service and help me in the right direction, I didn’t not expect that level of customer service, I hope he will be recognized by the company for going above and beyond their job roles. And also Dan who helped me with my upgrading my new phone and what I needed from the phone. Amazing team at O2 Wolverhampton store.

Rating:5 I went with a disabled friend into the O2 shop in Wolverhampton this afternoon, and the assistant called Dan went the extra mile to assist my friend in getting a new phone and setting it up for him. Dan was so helpful and understanding of my friend’s difficulties and put his mind at rest. Thank you Dan.

I reset my phone, but by your mistake I lost my previous phone number,
It means customers can’t contact me, nobody knows my phone number,
Until I’m going to update in everywhere, I’m going to loose time and money, loads of angry customers, because they can’t reach me!
You can place your good deals in your deep sever hole.
And plus I can’t do international calls!
And can’t phone the useless company, you see we know how to chat, please hire people who talk as well!
