Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I purchased a refurbished Iphone 11 from the Big Phone Store, on receiving it and turning on, straight away, I SAW A MESSAGE SAYING INCORRECT PARTS FITTED, please take to an Apple store for correct fitting or replacement. I did return and got a full refund but no P&P because they say NO FAULT was found. Really TURN IT ON it’s there on the start up screen. They also say it comes with 80% battery, but cannot check this as it’s not an Apple battery. POOR REALLY POOR, I should have bought from the Ioutlet, never have problems with them.

However when I sent it back for repair they identified the issue and replaced the screen and returned my phone within a week. Really impressive turnaround and very responsive customer service through their main email address. Shoutout to Sarah who answered all my concerns rapidly. Thank you

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Bought a refurbished Google Pixel phone. Was described in Very Good condition and there were a few minor scratches and bumps but nothing bad. Phone works perfectly and charges fully. Came with a USB-C lead for charging and sim tool. Quick delivery and great price, would recommend.

Rating:1 Well, all I can say is… very poor customer service after selling me a £1500 dodgy phone. 2 weeks following my purchase I contacted them as my screen on my ‘brand new’ and ‘genuine’ galaxy Z fold 5 was going white all the time to be told to send it off for repair!!! They are happy to take my money but not replace a dodgy phone. Will never use them again. Currently in contact with trading standards and a legal team to prevent from anyone else getting ripped off.

Payment and delivery was easy, and the phones arrived the next day in secure packaging. My folks are very pleased with their ‘new’ phones, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again.
