    Great, friendly service. Amelia is just amazing!!✨️ I’ve been with three for over a decade now and it was the first time I’ve ever been in store as I usually call them up… I upgraded to probably my 7th phone and it was so quick I was in and out the shop within 15 minutes or less just Amazing team… Thank you

    What an Outstanding level of support.
    As someone recovering from a brain injury it can be difficult trying to do simple tasks.
    Last week I entered the Three Shop in West Bromwich I was served by a young man called Kris, I explained my needs, i was open and honest explaining that I may repeat myself as I struggle to retain information.
    He listened carefully then responded with clarity and patience, this young man went above and beyond to guarantee I got the best deal and understood everything before I committed or signed up to anything.

    I left the shop not just with a great deal, but feeling confident and happy with my decision to switch from my previous network provider

    A few days later I went back to the shop as I wanted to purchase another item and on this occasion I was help by another helpful young man called Nayim just a patient and just as supportive if that wasn’t enough whilst in the shop I observed other members of staff, operating with this same level of excellence.

    At the end of April, my contract expired. I called to cancel it, but I’ve been charged £57 from my account for the past 5 months. I went to Walsall three but couldn’t get any assistance. Today, I came to Sandwell three and when I explained the problem, the lady there was laughing behind my back, and they were very rude. They keep telling me to call on the phone, but I’ve called multiple times, not to reach them but to avoid being reached. So, I’m writing my problem here, hoping to find a solution in writing.

    There was a sales person name Ricky he sold me contract sim card and asked 2 year plan for 12 pound each sim card coz I had purchased 2 sims but now after six months company deduct total 40 pounds from my card…. Totally bad experience I will suggest everyone don’t go with three and this shop as well

    After weeks of trying to sort the new required PIN’s for my eight contracts with three. I finally found one customer advisor with the knowledge and patience that was required to deal with my all of the issues on my account.
    He was understanding and a excellent communicator
    I personally think NAYIM should be given recognition in the form of a pay rise and a star worker plaque.
    Thank you Nayim for your hard work today.
