    Been to store today ordered a home broadband the guy at store trying to sell refurbished router first he goes to me i opened the box to check when hes not suppose to do that then when i checked the router it had marks all over told to him to give us brand nes he went inside and put another seal on the same box and came out there were 2 seals on the box on top of each other then told him again he went inside after 5 mins came back and told us they dont have anymore absolutely jokers why would you open the box? It was clearly customer returns do you think we dont know whats going on?

    VERY DISAPPOINTED! Firstly I would like to say that the staff members are racist and speak the Indian language in the store very often , my Mom went to the shop and she was treated horribly , the staff member demanded her ID although she had a picture online and he refused to have a look at it , after that he was angry and would laugh saying “ I do not want to serve you” . When my mom was heading out 2 other Indian customers sat with the same staff member and they were not asked for there ID. Anyways thats the first issue , secondly , I went in instead of my mom to sign a 2 year contract , however, the store has promised that I will pay around £10 per month ( likely to increase slightly overtime) , then overtime I was paying around £30 per month , when I contacted three on the phone they said that the store has failed to apply the discount . So this whole time I have had the worst treatment instore and a very bad experience when signing my contract, I also never got my money back as on...

    The transition from Vodafone to this service provider has been highly satisfactory. The customer service team has consistently demonstrated patience and attentiveness, providing an exceptional retail experience. The overall performance of the team is commendable.

    I ve had new business sims and they didnt cancel my old contract being charged twice can’t get my money back been their customer for 8-9 years stay away.

    Just been in to get some essential things sorted for an aging and disabled relative. I had a bad experience of the website and worse with the contact centre. I decided to give the store a go to fix things or I would have been cancelling several contracts. The store manager Gal and his guy Tarun were brilliant. They listened properly to the challenges I had had, apologised on behalf of Three and restored my faith in a company that I have otherwise had a good relationship with. I can’t recommend them both highly enough. Thank you gentlemen, I am delighted to have everything resolved, to have saved money on other contracts and pleased that my relative will be in a much better position because I came in to see you.
