Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I have been with Three for over eight years now, but today’s experience at the Three Store in Touchwood Solihull has left me extremely disappointed and will be definitely switching provider. On my visit to the store to request a SIM replacement, I was met with an appalling level of customer service by the store manager, Cristian.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Went in this morning 3/5/24 to 3 store in Touchwood Solihull to upgrade my phone. Fantastic, fantastic service from the manager Cristian and his colleague Jake. Both were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. Left the store feeling happy.

He just stood there like a buffoon on his phone and asked me to sit and wait whilst he continued scrolling on his phone. I waited for 10 minutes and then I asked him why he could not help me seeing that he was doing nothing, his response was that he was the manager and he is there only to supervise and not serve customers.
Cristian’s attitude was dismissive, unprofessional and to be frank his behaviour was disgusting from the moment I walked in. He showed a complete lack of interest and understanding. His condescending tone and unwillingness to listen to my concerns only added to my frustration.
