Great piece of West Bromwich heritage. Currently undergoing extensive maintenance with refurbishment to the indoor market. Great potential

Really annoyed get to the town hall for 9am to get my 2 children tested, pay to park, wait outside the gates for 10 minutes lights on but no sign of movement, no sign of any staff nothing. I check on the website to find no details of opening times, then I try to phone but goes straight to voicemail. No signs to be seen with any opening times on etc. Kids complaining of being cold walk back to the car , can’t see no one to ask them I see someone in security clothing walking by the back entrance so I ask him for then to be told they don’t open on a Monday why couldn’t this be put on a note on the front gate to let people know. As a working mother who had to take the day off to try and get the test done. I’m really annoyed. Had to take them elsewhere and got to wait longer for results.

Very well organised friendly track and trace staff made me feel at ease and comfortable having my negative covid test

Went for a rapid covid test, staff work very hard to keep everyone safe ,well done everyone
