Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I went to this store a couple of days ago to pick up an order and was impressed with the friendliness and how personable the staff were! They allowed me to try on my order whilst I was there as I had ordered the same item in two different sizes and then they processed the refund for the size that was too big with no issues! I don’t normally visit this store due to most of the clothing being a little older but whilst I was there it looked like they had a lot of interesting jeans which I would go back and look at again!

Rating:5 I Visited your westbromwich store a few months ago and was looking for some new trouser,s after losing some weight and I could not try anything on at the time as I ruptured my achills ,I approached a lovely member of staff and explained to her my issues and concern,s she was very helpful and polite she is a credit to the company and I would like to say a very big thankyou to this lovely lady and to keep up the hard work she does her name is Channin,you realy made my day

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Looking for ladies long sleeved tops, found 2 tried them on. They fitted perfect and they were £22 for the sweat type top and £16 for a jumper.

Rating:5 I shopped here, for the first time, at the west bromich store today 6/6/23 & was looking for some support underwear, and was assisted by a great young girl Channin, who was really helpful and polite, a truly wonderful person, customer service is sadly lacking these days but that young lady was delightful and is surely a true credit to the Bon Marche name.

A nice shopping experience for once.
Also the pants & Bra are soooooo comfy. 5☆
Although I must add, that I was quite disturbed by the fact that on two separate occasions, I came out of dressing room to find a man standing RIGHT OUTSIDE, making me feel uncomfortable, as there was nothing to stop them seeing straight in.
When i mentioned it to a staff member, they didn’t seem too bothered. But even if they were waiting for their partners, people need to be more aware!
