0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Items were advertised as 3 for 2. When I got to till, I was told, “No, items are in the sale, therefore not 3 for 2” even though they had 3 for 2 stickers on them. Very unhelpful and abrupt member of the team. I’ve never had this before in fat face anywhere!!! We shop in fat face all the time but won’t be bothering with the solihull shop again!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great store and layout. Very helpful assistant could not do enough for me. Pleasant chap behind the till and proud of the quality of the items they sell. Good reductions in the sale £18 off a pair of trousers plus a further 10%.
