Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 The West Bromwich branch is my go to store on Sundays. The parking is free and the store is light, airy and well stocked…..with my beloved head to toe black garments.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Good selection of clothes for my tween. A bit more expensive than I’d like for basic pieces but I struggle to find clothes that fit her as in most stores she’s too big for kids and too small for adults.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Nice, moderate and small store. There’s not a lot of selection, but it’s good for the size of the store I suppose. Was surprised to see the fitting rooms were closed on a weekday though, I understand it could be down to staffing issues but the store was dreadfully quiet! Not busy at all, I’ve been to several other H&M’s and their fitting rooms are all open regardless if they’re quiet or busy. Just annoying really when you’re walking around picking up pieces to try on and the fitting rooms are closed.

It’s a good shop for visiting before going on holiday, to buy the temporary outfits you will be wearing there. A few good accessories too but not as good as it used to be for those.

My only criticism is that the girl’s clothes are not very exciting. My daughter (aged 6) complained to me how it’s not fair how the boy’s clothing has Lions and Dinosaurs on them. She said that more Lions are female and more dinosaurs were female, it makes no sense why girls clothing doesn’t have girl dinosaurs and lionesses on them.
She has a valid point in my view. I don’t have a valid response for her. There is no sense in the situation.
