I recently visited the JDS Mander Centre to do some shopping for my kids, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service I received from Mia. She was incredibly helpful and made my shopping experience a pleasant one. Thank you, Mia, for your outstanding service!

Visited the Wolverhampton store in April, looking for trainers and a tracksuit for my son, had amazing customer service from a lovely girl called Chanell, she had the patience of a Saint and outstanding product knowledge.
Very polite hard work girl, she made sure we left with everything we came for, saved us a trip to Birmingham.

Very rude staff and they don’t know how to talk. I couldn’t see the size of the shoe because it was too tiny and also dark there. She was so rude and literally shouting “It’s always on the top can u see. No body was ready to help in shoe sizes and kept looking on each other faces to do job. Bought the single pair ran out and feel safe now. It will be a nightmare to visit this store again.

A decent shop but very cluttered, not a lot of space to go around. The area for the tills needs a rethink. Otherwise selections are not too bad.

Chaotic, no queue line, so it’s a free for all. Have some good stock sometimes, but it’s rare you can get matching tracksuits, usually have to get the other part online or from another store. Store comes across grubby.
