Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Came in today to return trainers I had purchased in store on my Kalarn card staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing in processing my refund the young lad went over to ask the manger to help but he couldn’t be bothered to come over rubbish attitude still not convinced my refund has been processed correctly which will mean a nightmare for me to sort might be a good idea JD if you are going to offer a service to train your staff how to use it correctly

Me and a friend went to window shop and asked a female employee about certain clothing and she basically just shrugged and brushed us off. Dont get me wrong, she was very attractive. Spider eyelashes and all that. But that seems to be the case nowadays. Look good but terrible attitude. Youd think I was trying to ask for her number or something

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Good place for brands like Adidas originals as well as the lower end sports stuff. Mainly street-sports fashion and a wide selection of footwear and accessories. Prices are not too bad. They have a handy free click and collect service online, but it’s best to visit at a quiet time or you can be stood aside for ages waiting for it. Can get a few top items at great prices in the sale now and then.

Fast forward to today. Im in the JD near bullring. Speaking to equally attractive female employee. But shes chill and I ended up spending more as I was chatting away with her. Again, only being friendly and had a great experience at this store. I shouldve asked her name so I can shout her out. Anyway. Certainly wont be going back to the west brom one full of “bad bitcxs”. ✋

I visited this JD store today the 7th of January 2024 with four of my kids to purchase their school shoe, myself and four of my kids were been harassed by staffs, the manager is so incompetent that I gave him 3 different shoes of which to find the second pairs for us to pay at the counter but he misplaced all of them which took 15min of our time before it could be found.
The staff at the till overcharged us by £10 extra to our original amount, when I checked my invoice few steps outside the shop and found out I was overcharged, went back inside to the lady at the tilt and told her she is not doing her Job properly as she has overcharged me by £10.
No rumours whatsoever, she said not to blame her, it not her fault that was what the machine scan, Even thou the reduced amount was clearly written on the shoe price tag, Can you Imagine how many people have been overcharged today in that JD ...
