0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Can someone explain to me WHY at JD in Bentley Bridge, staff gather at the front of the shop chatting and when you get to the till, there’s a queue and still no one bothers to help. The epitomy of useless.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Rude people at the till. I have ordered a product and kept on waiting to be notified it was in the shop. Never got the notification. I went to check in the shop. I was asked to wait in the queue, although I was not buying nothing ant there was enough personnel in the shop to answer my queries.

Unfriendly store manager at JD Bentley Bridge in Wolverhampton, when asked for support. Did not even want to listen to us properly, showed he was not interested and did not care. Wrong price on labels, which could simply be corrected, however he refused this unpolitely! Never want to go back there anymore! So dissapointed!

After waiting they asked me to write order number and name on a piece of paper and one of the people who was in the shop was sent to look for the order. Which could have been done without me waiting in the queue.
Then I waited forever until they finally found the product. It was there.
I asked for the name of the nice lady at the till. She refused to give me her name. I work in public service. I always give my name when asked, as I take full responsibility for what I do. She was working with public, so why not give me her name?
Anyway, the problem is:
1. They do not answer phone
2. They do not notify you when product is delivered
3. They do not have a till for click and collect, although they h...
