Alarms went off when I walked INTO the store, ‘you got any tags on you’ the staff member shouted at us, no ‘good morning‘, just a nasty attitude. When I tried to explain it was my coat and happens in most stores I walk into, the staff member just walked off and rolled his eyes when I was in the middle trying to explain. We decided not to do any shopping after the rude way we were spoken to and left the shop within seconds. Again, the alarm went off, the same staff member was right behind us asking if we had anything in our bags!! When I asked for his name as I wanted to complain, he told me not to raise my voice to him. Asked to see the manager, when trying to explain what happened to the manager the member of staff carried on talking over me! Awful, awful staff member. Get it sorted Mango!!! Will never shop here again. A very upsetting experience!!!!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 It’s so lovely to have a Mango store in Solihull again. It’s well stocked with a good selection of sizes, the changing rooms are clean and the staff are so helpful. Sooooo much better than trying to shop online!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Went shopping here yesterday and bought two tops – good quality clothing and decent prices. Several staff standing around in store chatting with each other. Completely ignorant of any customers, no offers of assistance or greeting. Manager came out as there was an issue with the till, he was just, if not more unprofessional than the rest of his staff. Will buy online in future.
