Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Had the worse experience today. The lady called Simran needs to learn some manners or change her job if customer service isn’t for her. Went in today for a last minute shop. While we were chosing outfits I’ve asked her if she could tell me where the fitting rooms were. She eyed me up and down and answered half bothered, oh I’m sorry alternative way of dressing isn’t up to your standards. She kept snarling at our conversations with my husband which was just unprofessional! Im trying to help my husband pick and shes listening making all sort of noises. Then she told my child off for hiding in the hanged clothes. By all means he shouldnt have done that and she had the right to tell him off but the way she has told him off was just mean! Have at least some manners! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and very unprofesional

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Waited for 5 mins to get help on the running trainers so i asked the cashier for assistance. She radioed someone and after waiting another 15 mins i gave up. No business should feel entitled to their customers! I wont be back.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Terrible customer service! Couldn’t find anyone on the top floor to get the other shoe we wanted to purchase. Had to go downstairs to enquire about women’s trainers situated upstairs. When we took the one shoe to the till they said we had to go back upstairs and find someone to help. When we explained that there was no-one on that floor, the member of staff literally called us a liar. He said there was more staff upstairs than there was downstairs, he literally was refusing to listen to us. We had a disabled lady in a scooter and instead of apologising and helping us he said I can’t help you, and to go back upstairs. It was a dreadful experience, the staff definitely need some customer service training or a dose of common decency.
