Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Today I went to buy school shoes for my boy & girl around 19:30pm.My son tried one pair which is bit tight and I have asked customer service girl to show different shoes and she is not willing to show us shoes and ignorant. I have asked her can I speak to line manager.She replied me you can not speak because she will be sitting in office.After few seconds another customer service lady came and showed us shoes and I brought them. I felt like humiliated,staff has no respect towards customers.

It never has any staff at the collection counter and you have to go searching for staff, which means you then lose your place in the queue, sometimes 4 or 5 people are waiting with not a single staff member on the 2nd floor. I’m sure they’re wearing invisibility cloaks and when you do see a member of staff you’re greeted with “You need to pay downstairs” I politely respond “I can read the sign, I am here to pick up a package” Staff seem very reluctant to engage with any customers. Poor store, I’ve started getting my items delivered to a locker.

Rating:2 Didn’t particularly feel comfortable in this store, had to get quite a few items from upstairs for a upcoming trip, some of which I would’ve had to ask staff about so they could get the item in the right size from the back. Asked for a pair of hiking boots, the staff member seemed willing to get it. Came back to ask about another item, was told they didn’t have that which is understandable. But two staff members were chatting away, one on their phone sitting down and having a laugh with each other, which didn’t make me feel particularly comfortable to go and ask for any more assistance as I felt like I was disrupting their conversation although it’s their job to provide customer service. After pondering around for a bit I put the few items I had back, left and just ordered online which was easier anyway, but obviously sometimes you want to go in person to see the items & try them on. Shame as they could’ve made quite a bit of money that day as I was to buy a lot and now I hesitate...

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Judging by the good majority of comments I share the same experience the very last time I use this shop, staff are rude, zero customer service skills. Return policy is joke, how can you not return an item as a genuine customer if you’ve changed your mind and not get your money back? Had to purposely sabotage an item just to prove a point that I would in the end. With service like this it’s no wonder the high street is dying a death

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Prices are ok, but stock is very hit and miss. They seem to just have replica football kits for the same small handful of clubs in stock. They have some good equipment for cricket and golf though. Also useful for well priced branded running shoes and trainers. Two floors but they’ve really crammed in the shelves so can be a bit of a maze when it’s busy, having to squeeze past people.
