It’s not Tessuti anymore, it’s now a Flannels. Staff very helpful and would recommend gpr some nice clobber

Friendly and informative staff, all show a real passion for their shop and what is for sale. Willing to help you find exactly what you want. A brilliant shopping experience. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service. How can I be waiting at a till for 10 minutes with 3 workers hovering around. I’ve asked them for help if they have other sizes available about 4 times and not one employee has helped. Would not recommend.
Also half of the clothes that are for sale at full price can be found in sale sections.

Amazing customer service from the whole team. I was so grateful they put an item in the back for my wife and once we had done our shop to come and pay and collect.
Friendly and hard working team, the manager and his / her team are devoted to service and customer experiance
