Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Horrible customer service from ksenija she was incredibly rude and made fun of my accent because i’m Indian and she said that i should just get out the shop because i smelt like “curry” and she said that because i’m brown that i should get out of the UK and go back to Pakistan im not even Pakistani

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I went into this store earlier. Had it not been for Ksenija and her great customer service I probably wouldnt have bought what I did lol. She was very helpful and I learnt something new about different strength colognes/perfumes. Give that woman a raise I say!

Rating:5 I live in walsall and always travel to West brom to go this particular fragrance shop, Jazz the manager is the best she always makes you feel welcome and will try to get you the best deal, her knowledge is second to none, all the staff are brilliant but she is the best, without these staff at this shop I would likely go to boots as they have good deals and are sometimes cheaper, the walsall store is not as friendly as the west brom store and have always took my custom there, hopefully the staff are there for a long time because without them the shop would not be the place I went to buy aftershave, I usually visit at least every other month to buy aftershave.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 This shop is an absolute joke. No respect for covid restrictions at all. It was a free-for-all to get served. I counted 29 people in this small shop. The manager decided to move everyone over to the one side as she was bringing food in for her staff, I was next in line to be served and some rude people behind me formed another queue. The staff did not care and were serving anyone that could shout the loudest as to what products they wanted. I will never use this shop again.
