Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Lovely huge cup of cappuccino, together with a toasted ham and cheese sarnie followed with a chocolate twist pastry helped to while away a couple of hours. Nice place, it’s a bit echoey with everyone chatting away, but nice enough to sit and read over a cuppa.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Lovely place, environment but… the manager or who I think is the manager is quite obnoxious, he’s quite supercilious. I’ve been here a few times and manage to be here when he is and I’m not pleased with his treatment of his employees. Apart from that everything is great.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I’m so happy that Costa Coffee was built. Ever since i always go to Spar to grab a coffee when ever i felt like having one. Atmosphere and the service was excellent very nice polite empolyees, also you can chill even you can work quietly when having breakfast, lunch, dessert there.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Customer service was ace. A reward on my app was not working and they sorted it out straight away. Food was hot fresh and tasted great. Tables were being cleared and wiped quickly. Atmosphere was great. Very clean coffee shop. Be back soon .

I feel in locations like this you really need to pull out the stops, and having been so excited about this place opening up – coffees have been a big disappointment. Seems they’re prepared in haste with no passion or care. Gave this branch the benefit of doubt being new and all but, 4th time round will definitely be my last, and yes all this based on a simple oat milk cappuccino, well what was supposed to be (check out image)……..good luck costa Handsworth, but I’m taking my hard earned pennies to Starbucks…..
